S.M.ART School Rules

1. Students under age thirteen must be brought / picked up by the parent or guardian to / from our waiting room on the second floor (Room #204). No one is allowed to wait for in the corridor.


2. Presence of parents in the class room during the session may disrupt the class. From now on we do not allow parents to stay in the class while a lesson is in progress. If there is an important reason for a parent to be present, it can be arranged in advance. Exceptions that are arranged in advance will only be allowed in the smaller groups, and only when other parents agree upon the arrangement.


3. Parents are required to ensure that their child has a notebook and a pen for Math class.


4. If mobile phones, radios, Mp3 players and other such devices are brought into school, they must be switched off and put away during the lessons. If a student needs to make a call he/she has to step out off a classroom.


5. No food is allowed in the class. If student would like to eat his/her lunch he/she could do it only during a break.


6. We expect respectful behavior outside of the office suite (in the corridor and bathroom areas. Leaving trash on the floor and other abuses are not acceptable.


7. The visitors of S.M.ART School occupy the Guest Parking Area for more than one hour. They must not leave their car blocking the access to the parking nor take up more than one slot. Parking is allowed after 4:00 on the upper parking lot when gates are opened.


8. If teachers find the behavior of a particular student inappropriate and disruptive to the class he/she can ask the student for time out for a few minutes. If such behavior continues, warning of a possible termination will be communicated to the parents. If a student does not respond to the requests and warning(s), then the school may terminate the enrollment of the student.
