To complete an enrollment in a group or to schedule one-on-one sessions, we have to receive an enrollment application and a payment. The siblings have 15% discount of a lesser program tuition.
Payment is made by sending nine checks to S.M.ART School. (You can send four checks to enroll for the first semester, and then send five checks before December 10, 2008 to reenroll for the second semester.) Each check is post-dated as of the first day of the respective month starting September 1, 2008 and ending May 1, 2009. Each check is deposited on the first day of the respective month. Another option is a single payment for the whole school year; in this case 5% discount applies.
There are no refunds for absences in the groups. There are no refunds for absences in one-on-one classes, if School is not let known in at minimum 8 hours in advance.
A student’s enrollment can be terminated by the parents any time for any reason. A 2-week notice of termination is required for complete refund of unused tuition. Post-dated checks will be returned too.
This year classes start on September 8, and end on June 12, 2010.
